The following, which advanced to third reading from the March 28,              
1994, calendar (page 3020), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 299(FIN)(title am)                                      
"An Act relating to revocation of a driver's license for illegal              
possession or use of a controlled substance or illegal possession or           
consumption of alcohol by a person at least 14 but not yet 21                  
years of age; to fees for reinstatement of a driver's license; and             
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
Representative Toohey moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
CSHB 299(FIN)(title am) be returned to second reading for the specific         
purpose of considering Amendment No. 2.
